Lasagne alla Bolognese

This lasagne recipe with Thermomix alternates layers of tasty minced meat, a creamy tomato sauce and a creamy béchamel sauce. Perfectly browned with Parmesan, this lasagne is ideal for a convivial, comforting meal that the whole family will love.

Ingredients:

  • 300g minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 500ml tomato sauce 
  • 12 lasagne sheets
  • 200g béchamel sauce
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Place the onion, carrots and celery in the Thermomix bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5.

Instructions :

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Add the olive oil and fry for 5 mins / 100°C / speed 1.
  • Add the minced meat and cook for 10 min / 100°C / speed 1.
  • Add the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 20 min / 100°C / speed 1.
  • In a gratin dish, alternate layers of sauce, lasagne sheets and béchamel sauce.
  • Finish with a layer of béchamel sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
