Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 50 ml fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper
Instructions :
- Place the eggs, crème fraîche, salt and pepper in the Thermomix bowl.
- Blend for 10 sec / Speed 4
- Add the butter and cook for 5 min / 90°C / Speed 2
- Add the smoked salmon cut into chunks and blend for 10 seconds / Speed 2
