Easy homemade juice without a juicer

Compatible with the Thermomix Varoma TM6 and TM5It's ideal for steaming fresh fruit or vegetable juices. without peeling, without destoning, without effort.

The principle is simple: the steam generated in the bowl bursts the cells of the fruit placed in the Varoma. Their juice flows into the extractor, then into a container via the silicone tube supplied.

The result is a pure juice, ready to drink or make into jelly, jam, cocktail or liqueur.

1. Fill the Thermomix bowl with 2 L of water.

2. Place the extractor on the lid (without the measuring cup) and connect the tube to the collection container.

3. Fill the Varoma with up to 2 kg of fruit or vegetables.

4. Start: 30 to 60 min / Varoma / speed 1 (depending on fruit).

5. Stop cooking as soon as the juices stop running.

6. Consume or process the juice once it has cooled.
