Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, customers of "COOKIMIX"Customers have 30 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties.

Return conditions

For returns to be accepted, products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

You must then follow the instructions provided by the after-sales service to return the product. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Reimbursement

Once the product has been received and checked, the refund will be made within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as that used for the purchase.

Return costs

Except in the event of an error on our part, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

Exceptions

Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
